The letters are A4 sized, colourful, beautifully illustrated, personalised and rolled in to a scroll and tied with a coloured ribbon. They are printed on high quality paper and each one is unique. The letters are sent in a postal box sent out via Elf Express.
What is the Reindeer food made from?
Our magic reindeer food is made from bird seed. This product is not for human consumption! We cannot guarantee that this product does not contain nuts.
When can I order a Letter from Father Christmas?
Our order books will open from 5:00pm on Monday 8th October 2018.
Your opportunity to order ‘A Letter from Father Christmas’ package for UK ( mainland address orders) is until midnight on Saturday 1st December 2018.
For international deliveries, orders can be placed until midnight on Friday 16th November 2018.
If I request more than one letter for the same address, can you guarantee that they will arrive together?
Father Christmas always posts letters requested together on the same day. Please be aware that letters do occasionally get separated in the post and therefore can arrive on different days. This year we will be posting the letters to you the adult to allow you to decide when your child receives their letter. If letters do arrive separately, we advise you to refrain from giving one child their letter until you have received all the letters requested.
I have entered the child's details incorrectly when requesting my letter, can I make changes once the request has been submitted?
If Father Christmas hasn't already written the letter to the child he'd be more than happy to correct the details if you email christmas@jennycrayon.com. However, Father Christmas likes to get his letters sorted nice and early so you'll have to be quick to catch him. If you have noticed a mistake in you order after despatch on the Friday 7th December please contact us asap. A reprint of the letter can be sent out at extra cost.
I want to request two packages to go to two different addresses. Is that possible?
Absolutely. Just fill in different addresses when requested on the order form and the Elf Express will make two trips! Unfortunately, if you want to order an individual package and a multi package, you will have to make separate orders and payments as we don't have a shopping basket.
Do you send my Letter from Father Christmas directly to my child?
This year we will be posting your Letter from Father Christmas package to a designated adult in plain postal packaging. This means that you can decide when your child receives their box. If you are planning to send multiple boxes to different children at different addresses, all we will need is the name and address of the designated adult who will be receiving the box at each child's address.
When will my Letter from Father Christmas be posted?
For UK orders your packages will be posted on one of the following dates; Friday 26th October 2018, Friday 23rd November 2018 or Friday 7th December 2018 (final postal date).
UK Orders will be posted first class Royal Mail, so please allow 2-5 working days for these to reach you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any postal delays.
All international orders will be posted on Friday 23rd November. Please allow 3-5 days for Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world.
What happens if my letter doesn’t arrive?
We will send you a dispatch email when we have posted your letter. If a letter doesn't arrive within 5 working days after posting, please contact us via email – christmas@jennycrayon.com and we can send a replacement letter for you. In the unlikely event that a letter doesn’t arrive by 15th December 2018, please contact us using the email stated above and we will email you a high quality PDF version of the letter to print at home.
We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. We reserve the right to wait up to 6 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item. Although we will help in all ways possible we cannot track orders particularly on International orders. We are not responsible for undelivered international orders.
Will the child's data be used for anything other than Letter from Father Christmas?
Absolutely not. The personal data that you supply for the child will only be retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of posting the package.
Can I send a letter from Father Christmas abroad?
Yes! Just use the order form and pick the correct postage fee to pay. Dispatch for all international orders is the 4th December 2018. Due to postal prohibitions we cannot send our reindeer bird seed mix internationally. We will therefore provide a packet of Magic Reindeer Dust to be mixed with a food of your choice to sprinkle for out for our hungry reindeer!
